 Dr. Janice Lombardi interviewed and wrote summaries of the seven notable personalities in Santa Fe Life. She is an energetic writer whose passion includes exploring the world with an eye for enlightenment; writing and literacy have been her life’s journey. She is currently an executive leadership consultant with her company, Lombardi’s Leadership Consulting registered as an LLC. Dr. Lombardi’s life-long learning includes a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Florida, a Master of Science degree from Florida State University, and a Doctorate from Texas A&M – Commerce where she has been identified as a Distinguished Alumni. She was also selected to attend Harvard University’s Leadership Institutes. Additionally, she served as adjunct writing professor at Eastfield College and taught graduate literacy classes at TAMU-Commerce. Adventure, optimism and opportunity are her mantra; writing is her passion.

Joe Jett’s passion for the American Southwest as well as his ancestral American Indian and European Spanish roots have brought him to view and share his perspective of the world through a camera lens. Santa Fe and northern New Mexico are significant to him as his home-land, his birthplace. The natural geology of the high desert region and the cultural history of the area have drawn him to capture beautiful moments and share his photographs. In particular, the authenticity of human expression with people smiling and enjoying life is rewarding to him. And the historical aspects attracted him to photograph the architecture of the area from ancient pueblos to current adobe-style architecture to territorial style. Finally, the artists, artisans, and craftsman drew him to photograph examples of seven long-standing artists in the area.
